Bradford & Bigelow

Bradford & Bigelow needed a complete renovation of an existing 90,000 sq.ft. steel frame industrial building. We provided Schematic Design, Construction Documents and Construction Administration for this project.  Our client relocated their commercial printing operation and corporate headquarters.  Retrofitting the plant involved rethinking the corporate offices as well as accommodating large, sophisticated presses and production rooms.  Highlights: Optimized interface between corporate offices and production areas, "Branding" of the corporate offices and new entry, Structural support of industrial equipment and Full ADA compliance.
